"From what I understand about the role, you're looking for a recruiter who understands technology and placing senior level professionals into jobs, and I've not only been doing that for the last 19 years, specifically in the technology space, but it's what I love to do, and if I could find a place where I would be recruiting senior technology professionals, specifically for a company like this one who has a great reputation in the marketplace, who has a strong team already in place that I could be a part of, and working on the tracking systems that you have that I'm already familiar with, this really sounds like an ideal role for me. It's one thing to find someone who has the skills you need, but to find someone who truly loves their job and the company they work for, those are things you can't train into someone, but I'd have them walking in the door, and it's why I think you should hire me for this position."
